The conference hotel is Holiday Inn - in the Walt Disney World Resort. The conference rate is $99 (plus 12.5% tax) per night. The cut-off date for this rate is January 15th, 2011. VISA Applications

If you need a letter of invitation to get a VISA to the USA, please contact us (rajasek@engr.uconn.edu and ion@engr.uconn.edu). It is a requirement that you register for the conference before we can issue such letters. You may have to apply for a VISA well in advance of your travel times.
